ONECARD has continued to provide test services, but due to the impact of the Hong Kong Financial Regulations and then Corona, we have been suspending all services except for payments.
We are now suspending ONECARD service and support operations as the user balance has reached an endless zero.
Suspension of support: August 26, 2022
After August 26, 2022, support services will be completely suspended and BTC for recharge will no longer be available for withdrawal, and we kindly ask you to use up the HKD charged to your ONECARD card before the card expiration date for shopping.
If you still have BTC on deposit in your ONECARD, please contact support within the timeframe mentioned above for withdrawal.
Please contact support within the timeframe above to have your XCR deposit returned to your Ultorex account.
XCR Refund Request Form
From August 21, 2022 to November 30, 2022, XCR refund can be processed at the support of the crypto asset exchange Ultorex. *After December 1, 2022, we will not be able to provide XCR deposit refunds, so please contact us before the deadline.
