How to create a KYC (identity verification) document but fail to submit the application due to a mistake in describing the content, or to correct the content before submitting the document.
You can modify KYC documents by following the steps below.

Revision of required information
If a revision is required, enter the information in the red frame (if not, go to the next step)
Check to agree to the Terms of Service
Click "Agree and continue"
After filling in the last part,
and after confirming the contents, click "Agree and continue" again.
If the KYC documents are incomplete,
select Use Passport or Use Driver's License to change the information.
The button to apply activates when all the required items are filled.
When the above operations are completed, the information will be sent to the KYC review department and re-examination will begin.
Approval for re-examination requires 3-5 business days.
Once your KYC is approved, you will receive an approval notice at your registered email address.
