ONECARD is in the test service stage with the cooperation of XCR holders participating in the campaign, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused to the test users regarding the occurrence of such a case.
We will report on the progress toward resuming the top-up service using crypto assets.
We are preparing to deploy the function of processing cryptocurrency assets in customer charge request processing in countries other than Hong Kong.
The hurdles for opening a bank account are high because services that handle crypto assets do not comply with the regulations of financial institutions, and it is difficult to maintain a stable account thereafter.
Based on this situation, we chose a solution in collaboration with partner companies rather than a solution by our own overseas expansion.
We are currently in the process of conducting legal investigations and final negotiations with potential partners.
It is expected that we will be able to announce the resumption as early as January.

Correspondence of HKD remaining in ONECARD
Please use up the balance of HKD remaining on the card.
* Withdrawals can be processed, but due to the rules of the Hong Kong Finance Bureau, it can only be handled at the counter in Hong Kong.
* The expiration date is the same as the card expiration date.
Cancellation of card
ONECARD is a prepaid card, so if you use up the balance on the card, you will not be charged any usage fees.

Card cancellation and XCR refund
If you would like to cancel your card and return your XCR, please contact us using this form.
Please note that those who have acquired ONE CARD in the XCR holder limited campaign will need to purchase the card if they want to acquire the card again after canceling the card.
The XCR refund process will be closed on the 25th of every month and will be returned by the end of the month.
